Church Road has teamed up with Wild Game Salamis to present the ultimate blending afternoon for game meat enthusiasts. Chief Winemaker Chris Scott will guide participants through creation of their own Church Road wine blend, while Rob Beard from Wild Game Salamis will help teams to produce the perfect wild sausage. Chris and Rob will judge their favourite combinations with Church Road prizes to be won. Blending to take place in the Church Road Cuve room at 3pm with a light bite and judging to follow at the Cellar Door from 4.30pm. Sign up together as a team of six or we will place smaller groups in a team on the day.
Ticket price includes – glass of Church Road Méthode Traditionnelle and wild game meat tasters on arrival, wine blending experience and wild game sausage making with Chris Scott and Rob Beard, glass of award-winning Church Road Single Vineyard wine and Wild sausage light bite to finish.
