An exclusive weekend of sublime eating, drinking and indulging in prestige Champagnes from revered houses Dom Pérignon, Moët & Chandon, along with a dash of Glenmorangie Signet and more.
The Farm at Cape Kidnappers invites you take part in a rare opportunity to taste some of Moët Hennessy new releases, paired with a beautifully crafted five-course tasting menu by renowned Chef James Honore. Our host, Champagne ambassador Nicola Clay will share insights into the various vintages on offer.
Both Moët & Chandon and Dom Pérignon need little introduction, however the sybarite's excitement will dial up another notch with the addition of celebrated Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky distillery, Glenmorangie.
Glenmorangie Signet is the pinnacle of the Highland Single Malt range and is the world’s first whisky to be created with a high roast ‘chocolate’ malt barley, coaxing out palpable coffee and butterscotch notes - it is truly delectable.
The weekend of indulgence begins on the Friday arrival at a welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres enjoyed alongside the fresh, aperitif style 2006 vintage Cloudy Bay Pelorus, poured from magnum. An a la carte dinner at leisure follows.
Saturday provides a day of pleasure, with ample time to enjoy a day of activities and relaxation The Farm at Cape Kidnappers has to offer, including an award-winning golf course, private spa services, wine tasting in Hawke’s Bay to walks on the 6000-acre epic farm, options abound.
That evening, the special signature dinner will be one for the books, with a perfect line-up of vintage champagne from Moët & Chandon including Dom Pérignon, and Glenmorangie Signet to finish the night, each carefully matched to each course.
