This ain’t no pop up, this is a Restaurant Swap! Hawke’s Bay restaurateurs & friends, Sean Burns & Sarah Watson, are packing up their restaurants, and their teams and taking over each other’s kitchen and dining room for a night.
On Tuesday 5th November, Milk & Honey is going to invade the Village in Havers, with their absolute favourites; think Pork Cup Platters, Ceviche, K.F.C Korean Fried Chicken, Crispy Pork Bao and Beef Rendang to get your drooling!
The evening at each restaurant will begin with a welcome cocktail designed by each bar team for the swap. The kitchen brigades will then show off their menu styles from the past and present with a selection of small plates to share.
Sean and Sarah will each create a bespoke beverage list to show off some of the wines, beers, & cocktails they love.
This is a great opportunity to indulge in a restaurant experience from the other side of the river without leaving the neighbourhood!
Ticket price includes a welcome cocktail, 8 sharing plates served over 4 courses to show off the visiting restaurant's menu style. Drinks can be ordered throughout the night (additional cost).
