Under the expert supervision of ‘Over the Moon’ Master Cheesemaker, Neil Willman, and Owner/Founder, Sue Arthur, you’ll be guided through the steps to make your very own Mozzarella cheese. Before you know it, you’ll be wondering if you’ve got Italian heritage lurking within that you never knew about it!
That’s not where it ends - the talented team will then use your cheesy creation to make a delicious pizza, that you can devour with a glass of thirst-quenching Unison wine.
