Prepare to have your socks knocked off by this trio of big hitters – the Gimblett Gravels Wine Growing District, Bareknuckle BBQ and Waipawa Butchery. Enjoy five killer courses of smoked, grilled and braised Waipawa Butchery angus beef and lamb matched with the big reds from the Gimblett Gravels Wine Growing District, while having a yarn with the winemakers circulating around the tables, the farmer and the chef.
