Take a seat in the restaurant overlooking the illuminated 18th green at one of New Zealand’s oldest golf courses, Hastings Golf Club, established in 1911. Fairways Café’s international chef Kieran Jr Genge (Somerset, UK) will prepare a five-course degustation, including three game courses, one seafood course and one dessert course, with one dish to feature Malonsporum Truffle (subject to availability). Each course will be expertly paired with wines selected by local wine maker Damian Fischer (Trinity Hill). Live music will top off this special evening in a unique setting. Guests will also be able to order discounted wines from Trinity Hill, and be gifted a free 18-hole round at Hastings Golf Club.
