This 5 week course explores essential yoga practice to enhance: well-being, a good nights sleep, balance, agility, circulation and a calm mind. Beginners to yoga are very welcome.
Karla is an experienced and qualified teacher, she teaches retreats, workshops, yoga teacher trainings and private lessons throughout Auckland. She is inspired to share yoga adapted to each individual, enhancing the effects of the practice into every day life.
Class size is limited to 16 students. Please note, If you know in advance of a course commencing of any away dates, the course fee can be amended.
