Dr. Julie Bhosale, internationally renowned family wellbeing and nutrition expert, 4x published author and speaker, and Cara McNaughton qualified personal trainer specialising in postnatal exercise are holding a special mums wellbeing evening.
Co-creators of the Dr. Julie’s Mum Squad which focuses on encouraging mums to get moving in the comfort of their own home both Dr. Julie and Cara (also both mums!) are very experienced and passionate about postnatal nutrition, exercise & wellbeing.
Dr. Julie will be providing an informative session on the relationship between sugar, hormones, energy and fat loss - plus the impact of sleep loss/deprivation (which can occur many years after having a baby). Cara will also be providing information on exercise and weight training inline this especially with the changes post baby and the best movement when you are time limited.
With extra goodies of some nibbles and a glass of bubbles and a chance to hang out at the end of the session, meet other mums and of course Cara and Dr. Julie (and ask them lots of questions) this is a night just for you! You will also get to meet some of Dr. Julie’s wonderful team of consultants as well.
