Core Meditation

A series of six classes which blend modern body psychotherapy methods with traditional mindfulness approaches.

Theses methods are designed to explore the subconscious and release tension and trauma held in the body. How and why do you restrict the expression of your self?

May help with releasing deep emotional trauma, improving anxiety & depression, chronic pain and/or inflammatory conditions.

Pre-requisites: Before you can enrol in Mindfulness 211 you should either have completed Mindfulness 201 or another form of buddhist concentration meditation (e.g. vipassana, zen, raja yoga). Please include this information with your enquiry.
