Most of us know what it’s like to feel scared, nervous, anxious, angry, resentful, hurt, sad, low, stuck, overwhelmed... lacking in energy, confidence, resilience... doubting ourselves... and if you’re anything like most people, you might express these feelings in an unhealthy way, for you or for others... or you might keep all these feelings to yourself, locked up inside. Either way, you’re not processing your feelings as they need to be.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) are gentle, calming techniques that will help you learn to manage your feelings and thoughts amidst everyday challenges. We also call these techniques Tapping, as we tap or massage, acupuncture points on our face, body and hands.
The tutor, Robyn Shepherd is a certified EFT Practitioner with 40 years primary school teaching experience. She is passionate about helping people of all ages to manage stress and grow self-worth, confidence and resilience. She guides people to the freedom to be themselves, to grow towards their highest potential and to welcome positive change in any area of their lives. She runs coaching and workshops, and sees individual clients, in person and online.
