Allowing Yoga Accessible to All.
Perhaps you are dealing with limited mobility due to age or injuries.
Or maybe you are new to yoga and like somewhere chill to begin with?
Cranky with a sore back, no thanks to that daily desk job?
Not quite into the whole group fitness idea, and prefer some individualized modifications?
Whatever the reason is for you, come and join us for a 5 weeks course of beginners' yoga!
Classes will be facilitated by props such as chairs, bolsters, blocks, and straps.
If you can't stand for long or have any other limitations which prevent standing, postures will be modified to be accessible while sitting on a chair.
Come and learn the basics of yoga asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and mindfulness, as you progress in your practice, at your own pace, working with the body you have.
This 5 weeks yoga course will run every Friday, 9.30am - 10.45am.
Admission is capped at 10 students per class to maximize attention and space given to each individual.
Mats and all props needed are provided. All you need is you.
Companion tickets available.

She fuses her passion for yoga and body movement, with her post graduate studies in psychology, in order to best guide you through your practice, both physically and mentally.
Expect to feel restored and rejuvenated after each class. If you're lucky, you may even get a little pamper massage or two!
As always, please consult your medical professional if you have any concerns or limitations that may affect your ability to participate.
Once you are given the go ahead, we will love to welcome you into the community.
