Thirada Suprom is a chef by trade and has been working in the busy kitchens of Thailand before moving to sunshiny Motueka. Cooking has always been her passion and she loves to share her experiences with Kiwis who love Thai food. Using traditional and modern cooking techniques, Thirada will highlight the aroma and taste of authentic Thai cuisine to a small class of hands on students. In this three hour cooking lesson you will be shown the secrets to successfully cooking Thai cuisine before you then replicate each dish in your own workspace. The class will then sit down and share a family style dinner with what you have learnt for the evening.
You will need to bring with you your own apron, a hunger for knowledge and a takeaway container (just in case) and we will provide you with an expert tutor, kitchen assistant and all ingredients and equipment for you to successfully cook tasty Thai cuisine.
