Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.
This course runs over three Tuesday evenings 6 - 8:30 PM starting 7 May 2019.
An authentic Greek cooking class for everyone. Emily will teach you the best recipes that Greek cuisine has to offer. You will not only learn about how to prepare Greek food but you will also learn about new ingredients, local recipes and most importantly you will get the real Greek culinary experience.
Over three weekly sessions, Emily will prepare a three-course meal each night which you'll get to taste. Emily's classes are largely demonstration-style although she will ask for assistance and participation where needed. You'll learn recipes for appetisers, main courses and desserts. The course fee includes an ingredients cost of $16 for the course.

Emily is of Greek descent and is the retail manager for Little Greece Greek Delicatessen. She enjoys sharing her love of Greek food and culture.
