This 4-session course is for anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness or deepen their existing practice. The emphasis is on coming together in a supportive group to learn how to bring mindfulness practices into your daily life in an informative and enjoyable way. This course is a great way to get practising and start experiencing the many proven benefits of mindfulness.

This course will be facilitated by Betsy Haley. Betsy is a registered mindfulness teacher with the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia and New Zealand (MTIANZ), professionally trained to deliver internationally-recognised and research-based courses developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Betsy has taught mindfulness to a wide range of clients and is passionate about enhancing awareness, wellbeing and resilience in individuals and organisations.
Sessions are an hour long and held over a consecutive 4-week period (11th, 18th & 25th August and 1st September). A workbook and guided audio recordings are provided to support participants. The venue offers plenty of off-street parking.
