This course will give you tools for taking care of your whole Self - Body, Mind and Spirit. Every part of you is an important part of the whole. Begin the Year with positive and practical tools to help you to stay Balanced and Well in 2018.
This course includes four weeks of Hatha Yoga classes, held in both the morning and evening with a course in Pure Meditation Foundation held towards the end. There are ten classes in total and you can choose which six you would like to attend, there are two date options for the Meditation course.
Transformation Hatha Yoga is gentle and relaxing, helping to relieve stress and to improve your posture and breathing, both so important for your well-being. Transformation Hatha Yoga can be a step towards self-healing and self-mastery by improving your concentration, mindfulness, breathing and sleep.
The foundation course in Pure Meditation includes mindfulness tools and gives you a take-home practice to help you develop your Inner Peace and to make the most of every moment. The techniques taught help you to stay calm and balanced, to improve your focus and feel more 'in charge' of yourself. Often daily stresses can lead to rushing, making poor decisions, emotions coming up and ill health. This course will give you the practical tools to deal in a much better way with these things, so helping you forward in your life.
Classes are kept small to accommodate the needs of all students. The teacher has over 20 years experience of practising and teaching yoga and Pure Meditation and is an accredited teacher with the Self Realization Meditation Healing Centre in the UK.
