It's a simple but effective technique that goes to the heart of the problems and challenges we face in our daily life. Whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual there is a way of facing it and dealing with it.
Every Wednesday, we welcome beginners as well as practitioners of meditation to enjoy the programme starting from the very basics to becoming masters of yourself. No obligations, no fees, no expectations nor demands - just you and a desire to discover your inner strengths and capabilities.
