Pure Meditation helps a person find themselves at the deepest level, to know the deepest peace and unconditional love. It teaches the ancient science of meditation and spiritual understanding, so bringing wisdom, balance in life and the answers to life’s questions from the experience of one’s own inner-knowing.
It is helpful for everyone in life and is open to all, those with personal, or religious beliefs and also those with none.
Through the course, and the practise of Pure Meditation, students are able to come to know more and more who they are and their connection to all of life, so that the deepest healing can take place; joy can be found in every moment and in the simplest experiences.
Through practising Pure Meditation we enhance our ability to create the lives we yearn for, and bring creativity into all that we do.
Our natural, innate wisdom can come to the fore to guide us more easily through life.
The practical tools also taught on the week long course helps a person to make the most of their life and all that they have, and can help to enhance their self-awareness, positivity, focus and energy levels, to help them be their best in their day-to-day lives in every way.
The Pure Meditation Course, which includes Raja and Kriya Yoga, has both silent times and periods of teaching during the day and we meet together for Pure Meditation at the start and end of each day. The teaching day usually runs between 10am and 5pm, with meals and breaks to give ample time to rest, go for walks, to reflect and imbibe in the beautiful surroundings of the centre and its gardens.
The Course lasts for five days, with arrival on Sunday at approximately 4pm and departing after breakfast on the following Saturday morning.
