How to approach and handle difficult conversations is a common challenge. People are naturally inclined to avoid conflict yet when we do we miss out on the benefits that conflict can bring when it’s managed effectively. This workshop looks at practical techniques which will make everyone more confident when approaching conflict and having those conversations that we don’t want to have but we know we need to have.
