Curated by The Cult Project and Supernatural Wine Co., this is a showcase of natural food and wine focusing on the diverse terroir of the Hawke's Bay region in an environment where diners can try unique food and wines that challenge the status quo and celebrate transparency, sustainability and quality.
The meal will be prepared using unique cooking techniques that reflect modern New Zealand food trends approached in a sustainable manner. The Cult Project is about food, the philosophy of eating and the experience of where we have come from, what we have learnt, and where we are going. Food is our common ground, our universal language.
