Indulge in a taste of tomorrow as the students and tutors from EIT Chef Cookery Programmes are set to dazzle guests as they skilfully plate up a six-course dinner.
Each course will be designed and crafted by an EIT chef tutor and prepared by the students. Each course will have been thoughtfully matched with wine.
Not only will you be enjoying six fine courses, you will also be contributing to a brilliant cause – proceeds from the night will go toward the awarding of the Noel Crawford Scholarship for 2019. Certificate in Food and Beverage students will host the evening.
Ticket includes six-course degustation, cocktail on arrival, wine match with all courses and coffee & tea included at the end of the meal.
