Yoga instructor - Lekshe Chodron
Attention children! Bring your parent, grandparent or caregiver along for fun, energising and relaxing yoga classes these school holidays!
Suitable for children aged from 6 to 11 years.
Yoga isn’t just for adults – children can also benefit from the many amazing effects yoga has on the mind and body. Practising yoga with your child is a fun and healthy activity for the both of you!
Yoga will help your child increase his/her flexibility, sharpen his/her mental focus, relax and may assist with anxiety. Other great benefits can include improved self-image and self-confidence, support for development of listening skills and powers of observation, as well as inspiration and improved imagination.
Children who regularly practise yoga are more likely to continue yoga into adulthood and therefore continue to benefit. Children can also benefit from the inner peace and coolness of mind that can come from a regular practice.
Course fee is based on one adult and one child.
