CoLiberate's Mindful Clay sculpting is a delightfully tactile and connective way to hold our awareness in one place, long enough to produce the mental stillness that helps us to see the complex interrelationships of our life from a calmer distance rather than from within the whirlpool of all of them.
This mindfulness workshop with clay is an opportunity to reclaim your inner child, to hold ourselves accountable to the playfulness that it can be hard to make space for in our fast-paced lives, to take a break from ourselves, or to experiment with a non-goal orientated way of creating. And it’s fun.

CoLiberate Studio is open every Monday and Thursday with a duo of well-being sessions curated for you to have a rich evening of well-being goodness. Each session is an hour long and requires no experience. It is for anyone and everyone who wants to make their personal well-being a priority.
