Walking Guide - Anna Colombus
From Allandale wind uphill through the Living Springs restoration plantings and existing bush, including an 800-year-old Kahikatea tree. Ranger Anna will talk about the conservation efforts of Living Springs, particularly in relation to the recent fire event nearby, the effects of which have influenced their planting program. Affected areas can be viewed along the way at certain lookout points. Either walk back to the start or be transported by van upon the conclusion of the walk.
