Our mission is to help adult football players of all ages and abilities to reach their full potential. Our regular training sessions with an experienced coach will improve your skills, fitness, and confidence on the field.

Who can attend our sessions?
The training sessions are open to male and female footballers (18-75 years old) of all abilities.
Our sessions are perfect for those who are:
- Beginners/new to football.
- A social/casual player.
- Wanting a structured and continuous training to develop their skills for their 5-aside, 11-aside or indoor football games.
- Looking to get back into football from a long absence or injury.
- Looking to get fit through “football focused” exercises & activities.
What will the session consist of?
The training session will be for 90 minutes. Our experienced coach will take you through a thorough warm up, football drills, exciting game situational exercises, a full field game (depending on numbers) and to finish with a warm down + stretch.
Free admission only valid to those who are attending a session for their first time.
