NewstalkZB is proud to present Heatwave, a summer concert series of NZ Sounds to be held at a number of popular holiday locations during January.
Off the back of their November UK tour, New Zealand's favourite sons The Feelers will be back to perform with other legendary artists Ardijah, and recent Hall Of Fame inductees Herbs, for an unexpected musical match-up that will surprise everyone with a very familiar evening of distinctly classic NZ hits, spanning the genres of funk, rock and reggae.
The inaugural Heatwave heads north of Auckland for a Rock in the Vines show on the 4th January to be held at the magnificent vineyard; the Ascension Wine Estate in Matakana. Get together with friends and family for an evening of good wine and great music with the stellar line-up of The Feelers, Herbs and Ardijah.
On Auckland Anniversary Weekend, Saturday 26th January, Heatwave hits Brewers Field, Mt Maunganui
Sunday 27th The Commercial Hotel, Whakatane, where once again The Feelers, Herbs and Ardijah are joining forces to deliver their blistering sets of summer sounds.
These events are not to be missed, enjoy your summer with the sweet sounds of Aotearoa in fantastic locations while enjoying a well deserved summer break. Chill out and party at Heatwave.
