Our chef Gabriele Cagnetta will show you how to make pasta and then you will get to do it yourself under his guidance!
You will learn to make Fresh Ravioli with Ricotta and spinach and Agnolotti alla Romana with beef and pork filling.
The maximum number for our cooking lessons is 12 people. During the cooking class each participant receives a glass of prosecco and small antipasti are available. After the cooking class you will have six portions of pasta to take home and the ingredients for a homemade sauce.
