4 weeks of workshops! Because we recognise the importance of practising it week after week after having learnt a new drill under supervision.

Brought to you by the founder of the popularised "Sparta Bootcamp", Coach DJ will take you through a series of movements utilising solely the kettlebell and your own body weight, demonstrating how effective this piece of equipment can be and how versatile it is! This course will change the way you train, and your life!

Well this kettlebell 4 week workshop is right for you!

This workshop will cover all the functional kettlebell movements as well as some TRX (suspension training) and body weight calisthenics. I will demonstrate the techniques, break them down into easy drills so you can learn the correct technique and then supervise you performing the techniques.

You will learn everything from single kettlebell moves to double kettle bell workouts, safely and economically, e.g. KB swing, renegade row, high pulls, Turkish get ups, etc.

The workshop is demonstrated by strength and conditioning coaches who has trained extensively in NZ and USA so you are in good hands!

All sales are final. This is a 4-week course, you will enjoy it and get to show off your new skills to your mates!
